- VISTAS-CDOE has an inbuilt system in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the student feedback. Students have been informed and also encouraged to contact the Students Grievance Cell of CDOE-VISTAS, if their issues are not addressed within the given time limit.
- VISTAS ODL Student were intimated to contact the Director, CDOE-VISTAS and other officials of CDOE-VISTAS for any specific matter.
- The Programme Coordinators keeps in touch with the students constantly to understand and redress their issues immediately.
